Andrew Robson welcomes you to a fabulous weekend of bridge at Hanbury Manor, a Jacobean country house in Ware, Hertfordshire. Your bridge will improve in leaps and bounds as Andrew hosts a series of four sessions aimed at social and duplicate players, together with many opportunities to play bridge hosted by Andrew and his team. Following the success of this year’s event, we anticipate being oversubscribed. Our maximum group size is 120 people, ie 30 bridge tables, so we recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment.
HANBURY MANOR: Set in 200 acres of Hertfordshire parkland, the historic Hanbury Manor, Marriott Hotel & Country Club is a five-star hotel within an hour’s drive from London. Dating from the 16th century, this English country estate is the perfect place to relax.
MARRIOTT HOTEL: Stay at the five-star Marriott Hotel, with breakfast and dinner included in your stay. The hotel is furnished to a high standard: all rooms are en suite, with television, mini-bar, tea and coffee-making facilities. BRIDGE SESSIONS WITH ANDREW: Sessions last between 1hr 45min and 2 hours, with Andrew guiding you through a series of specially created instructional set deals. His acclaimed teaching method will take you on a fascinating journey towards bridge mastery. You will also receive a bound collection of illustrated sheets and copies of all the deals played. No partner necessary.
CHICAGO BRIDGE: You’ll be invited to take part in three supervised Chicago bridge sessions in Hanbury’s beautiful Thundridge Room, overlooking the grounds, hosted by Andrew and his team of experts.
